Russian President Dmitry Medvedev's uncle Sergey Konnov congratulated the band "Tatu" member Yulya Volkova with her birthday. The relative of our country's first party is not only a true fan of the artist's works as well as her close friend. He is the producer of the picture "V poiskakh t.A.T.u. (Searching for t.A.T.u.), based on true facts. Sergey personally presented Yulya, and congratulated the b-day kid from the stage of the club, where the party took place. Many other famous people came to see the singer that day, including "Yeralash" producer Boris Grachevskij, who shared spicy details of his ex-charge with the guests. -The little Yulya was always the bravest one at the shoots, - said Boris to Lifeshowbiz. - She wasn't afraid of anything or anybody. But, honestly, her bust was not so small already, and we had to hide it in all possible ways. Diana Gurtskaya sang "Posdravlyayu tebya" for Yulya in Russian and English and assured the guests, that this girl has everything, but her main advantage is the soul beauty and humanity. The guests that evening marked the business qualities of the artist as well. The Deputy Aleksey Mitrophanov passionately confessed, that he didn't meet often such professionals as Volkova and her team. Such celebrities as Pavel Volya, singer Iraklij Pirtskhalava and the b-day kid parents joined to the politician's congrats. Mother Svetlana and father Oleg proposed toasts for family and children. Yulya, in her turn, as if confirming these words, stayed the whole evening near her husband. t.A.T.u. is a Russian duo formed in Moscow, Russia in 1999 by Ivan Shapovalov. The group consists of Lena Katina and Yulia Volkova. With millions of albums sold worldwide, they are the most successful Russian band of all time. In 2004 the group took a hiatus after they split from their producer. In 2005 they released Dangerous and Moving and Lyudi Invalidy. During 2006 t.A.T.u. released a compilation album and then ventured on their own after negotiating out of their contract with Universal Music. In 2007 their 2003 classic song All the Things She Said hit #13 out of the Top 200 UK Singles Charts. Not Gonna Get Us reached #27 and All About Us reached #18. The group released a third album 'Vesyolye Ulybki' in October 2008 and the English counterpart 'Waste Management' in December 2009. The group is currently on hiatus while Katina and Volkova pursue solo careers. They say that they are still together, a group and will not let t.A.T.u. fall apart. The Duo are also releasing a single with another artist Lady Gaga, with their version of Bastian Van Sheild's With Dust scheduled to be released end of 2010/early 2011.
